Owner fields required: effective date, contracting legal entity, jurisdiction, governing law, physical address, and counsel-approved warranty, liability, indemnity, dispute, and statutory-right terms.

The service

DishStock provides theoretical restaurant ingredient inventory and recipe food-cost tools for merchants using Wix Restaurants Orders. It is not a point-of-sale, purchasing, supplier, accounting, forecasting, or physical stock-verification system.

Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for accurate recipes, menu connections, ingredient quantities and costs, physical counts, account access, and review of Needs Attention and cancellation items. Theoretical inventory can differ from physical stock because of preparation, waste, offline activity, recipe variation, missing data, or delayed platform events.

Safe behavior

DishStock may pause a deduction when a menu choice or order cannot be interpreted safely. Merchants must review paused items rather than assume stock changed.

Billing

DishStock is intended as one plan at $29.99 per month with a 14-day Wix-managed trial. Wix manages checkout, payment, renewal, cancellation, and available billing remedies. Final commercial terms are those shown by Wix at purchase after publication.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or submit unlawful content or unnecessary personal information.

Availability and changes

The service may change to improve reliability or meet platform requirements. No uptime service-level agreement is offered in this draft.

Termination and data

Uninstalling stops tracking. Data follows the retention and deletion lifecycle in the Privacy Policy.
